Shipping Information

Order Processing

All wholesale orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received and approved. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at checkout or determined based on order size, weight, and destination. We reserve the right to ship orders using the most efficient carrier available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for large or freight orders. Rates are based on:


  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected service level

Wholesale pricing does not include shipping unless explicitly stated in writing.

Freight and Large Orders

For large, bulk, or palletized orders:


  • Freight shipping may be required

  • Delivery appointments may be necessary

  • Additional handling fees may apply

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access for freight shipments.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Sahara Stock and Go Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:


  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong location due to customer error

  • Reshipping costs resulting from address issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sahara Stock and Go Wholesale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a shipment is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged:


  • The issue must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged items are required

  • Packaging must be retained for carrier inspection

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for review.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered:


  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

  • We are not responsible for delays or fees imposed by customs authorities

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress.
