Return and Refund Policy

Wholesale Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Sahara Stock and Go Wholesale are considered wholesale transactions. Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and bulk ordering, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing prior to purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:


  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer

  • Over-ordering or unsold inventory

  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product function

Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:


  • Items arrived damaged

  • Items are defective

  • Items received were incorrect due to our fulfillment error

Reporting Issues

Any issues with an order must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

To request a review, customers must provide:


  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted after 5 business days may not be eligible for review.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is confirmed to be damaged or defective:


  • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion

  • Original packaging and documentation may be required

  • Items must not have been used, altered, or resold

Incorrect Orders

If an incorrect item was shipped due to our error:


  • We will correct the issue at no additional cost

  • Replacement or credit will be issued once the issue is verified

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Products marked “Final Sale”

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

Refunds

Approved refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
